Several team drivers are competing in the World GT Series organized by World Sim Racing. Entering the first break week, Olympus drivers are finding success in this series.
In the Pro/Am class, Dan Sedgley is currently 2nd in points, with Matt Loveridge in P17 after missing a couple of events. Sedgley has moved up two positions after great points haul in the last event at Road America and stands 91 points behind class leader and privateer Denis Grabovsky.
In the Am class, Sophia Ridpath is leading the class by 54 points over William Guthrie of Full Tilt vAutosport. Ridpath won the first three events of the series. Paul Joseph Clist is currently 5th in points and Chris Stephenson is in P7. Clist has had consistently good finishes for the series, and Stephenson has vaulted 3 positions after securing a podium finish in the last event.
In the team standings, Olympus Titan is P1 based on the strength on Sedgley and Ridpath’s results. Olympus Atlas has moved up to 8th place after the last event’s results.
The series continues on Monday, 21 August, with an endurance event at Silverstone.
