• Bio:
• Charles is a co-founder of Olympus eSports and serves as Chief Technical Officer and Team Principal. He works as a software engineer by trade with 30 years of experience in multiple languages and platforms. 
• His passion for racing came from his grandfather, who was a huge NASCAR fan and took Charles to many events, but the formative event was the 1986 Winston 500 at Talladega, where Bill Elliot set a NASCAR qualifying record with an average speed of 212.229 MPH. From that moment, Charles was hooked on racing. Since, he has made multiple trips to his home tracks, Talladega Superspeedway and Barber Motorsports Park, as well as visiting Road Atlanta, Sebring, and Le Mans.
• His passion for esports came as a direct result of that passion for racing. In a private series he met his new friends and future teammates Tom Bindloss, Thomas Cope, Dylan Stone and others. As a result of the success with this team, Charles and Tom formed Olympus eSports. Since that formation, the team has grown in its brand awareness, recognition, determination, and talent.
