The partnership with Josep Carbonell and GRIP Engineering will bring the best of Josep’s services to provide the team the extra steps to progress even further as a team. Olympus will use Josep’s engineering to optimize the setups throughout our league seasons, including IVRA Clubsport, Sprint and also VSCA. 

GRIP Engineering provides the best services including setup optimization, driver coaching and strategy planning and with years of experience working in motorsport, Josep is currently a Simulation Engineer at 333 Racing Formula E Team. The GRIP Engineering branding will be proudly carried on the body of the car of all of our Olympus liveries as well as on the team’s website and Twitch streams.
